When you are done with your shopping and you wish to remove any product from your order list, simply click on on the “remove” column and then click again, the final cost of your order will be shown accordingly. Then you just simply click on in order to fill up your personal information and delivery address.

• Name/Lastname
• Your telephone number

IF you have not been an IQ Kidz member, you are requested to fill up:

• Your personal information
• Your children’ names and their dates of birth
• Delivery address.

and click to final  check on your order and all details. In case you wish to change anything, just click to make any necessary changes and click and    to check out. Once your order is completed, you will be shown on the page  with all the details of our bank account.

5).  Our customer service staff will CALL to contact you in the next 1-2 working days to confirm the final delivery charges. You can simply transfer your payment through any of the following bank details:

6). Then once we receive full prepayment from you, we will arrange to have the order delivered to your address immediately. To view delivery charges and time, please see below chart. 

Estimated Processing and Delivery Time

Usually the estimated processing time takes about 2-3 working days after you submit your order and full payment through our bank accounts. However, processing time may vary, based on the size and availability of the products you choose.

Depending on the delivery method you choose, please see the chart below for estimated delivery time. Please note that the chart indicates delivery time within Thailand ONLY.

4). We cannot guarantee estimated delivery time. Those are determined by the General Post Office.

5). We calculate the delivery charge, based on the total weight, based on the minimum of 1 kg.
